Current status: Our investigation has determined that a recent configuration change in the SharePoint Online infrastructure responsible for fulfilling web part content requests contained a conflict that prevented some requests from reaching the appropriate database, resulting in impact. We've reverted the configuration to its most recent healthy state to repair this issue, and we're testing to confirm that the affected web parts have been restored and impact is remediated.
Scope of impact: Some users accessing a SharePoint Online site containing apps or web parts may be affected.
