The Colleague Administrative System is currently experiencing intermittent issues with locked user records. Within the Colleague UI, some users receive locked record messages that are not cleared. Technology Services is aware of the issue.

Network Access and WiFi WiFi Residence Buildings

The Wi-Fi in Residence Building is experiencing intermittent service and access issues. TS Consultants are working to resolve the problem.

The Wi-Fi in residence has been stabilized.  We will continue to monitor the environment closely over the next few days before closing the service alert.

The Eduroam service is currently experiencing degraded services. Campus guests are being impacted. 

Technology Services is aware of the issue and consultants are investigating the cause.
