We are currently experiencing some synchronization issues
between Colleague and Moodle.
Faculty
If you are a faculty member and are missing students in
Moodle that you can see in Colleague, please send an email to ltid@acadiau.ca
with the full course code (e.g. AITT 1013 WI01) and the student's name and/or
ID number.
Students
If you are a student who is not seeing a course for which
you are registered, you should first check with your professor to see if the
course has been made visible. If it has, then please send an email to moodlehelp@acadiau.ca with your name,
ID number, and full course code.
Technical Services and LTID are working to resolve the
ongoing issue. We hope to have these issues resolved in the very near future.

Technology Services Update: Moodle is Now Fully Operational
We are pleased to inform you that the scheduled maintenance on Moodle the Learning Management System, has been successfully completed. The system is now back online and fully operational. Thank you for your patience during this maintenance period.
The Moodle , Lime Survey is currently experiencing a service outage after an update to your Chrome browser. The updated browser is preventing secure connections to various service(s) such as Acorn and Lime Survey.
Technology Services is aware of the issue and consultants are
investigating the cause. If you are affected after a browser update, it is recommended to use an alternate browser such as Firefox until service(s) are restored.
