Technology Services will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Colleague Administrative System and its associated services on January 11, 12:00am AST. The outage is necessary to perform required maintenance and is expected to last approximately 1 hour . This will replace the maintenance originally scheduled for January 11, 9:00am AST.
Installation is complete and systems are functional.
We are currently experiencing some synchronization issues
between Colleague and Moodle.
Faculty
If you are a faculty member and are missing students in
Moodle that you can see in Colleague, please send an email to ltid@acadiau.ca
with the full course code (e.g. AITT 1013 WI01) and the student's name and/or
ID number.
Students
If you are a student who is not seeing a course for which
you are registered, you should first check with your professor to see if the
course has been made visible. If it has, then please send an email to moodlehelp@acadiau.ca with your name,
ID number, and full course code.
Technical Services and LTID are working to resolve the
ongoing issue. We hope to have these issues resolved in the very near future.
